Restoration

Due to their handmade artisanal character and their evident future revaluation, for each of our rugs we keep a permanently open file in our Customer Service and Restoration Department. The relationship between the client and Alfombras Peña is maintained for an indefinite period of time for all kinds of consultations, and the most demanded are those related to the restoration and maintenance of rugs.

Cleaning

Rug and carpet cleaning is done manually, taking into account factors such as the age of the piece, the strength of the dyes, fibre resistance, etc. An annual cleaning is recommended.

Installation

Since the inception of Alfombras Peña, we have offered the best facilities to our customers when it comes to installing their rugs. In addition, when we talk about a custom-made project, there are always special features such as "shaped" installations, stairs, recesses, or wall-to-wall installations. These cases require installation by professionals, who will make your rug look like a true work of art.
